1. Are your crystals natural?
Yes. We only use natural, untreated crystals. No dyed quartz, no synthetic substitutes, no artificial enhancements. Each piece carries the pure vibration of the Earth.
2. How are the bracelets made?
Each bracelet is hand-strung by artisans. The process is done slowly and intentionally, preserving the natural energy of every stone. No machines are used in stringing or finishing.
3. How do I care for my bracelet?
We recommend:
Avoid long exposure to water or chemicals.
Store in a dry, safe place when not worn.
You may cleanse your crystals with moonlight, incense, or intention to refresh their energy.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
$0. We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all ZenithMana collections, including our handcrafted bracelets and custom pieces.
5. Does ZenithMana ship to my country?
We currently ship to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, Germany, Italy, Belgium and France. More destinations will be available soon.
6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = order processing time + shipping time(excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances)
Order Processing: 1-2 Business Days.
Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
All orders are shipped from China, and depending on the destination, delivery usually takes 6-9 Business Days.
7. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy (14 days for EU customers under the cooling-off period). To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at contact@zenithmana.com before sending anything back — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Please note we cannot accept returns due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or errors in address information. Exchanges are not offered directly; the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order. Refunds, once approved, are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
