Each bracelet is hand-strung by artisans. The process is done slowly and intentionally, preserving the natural energy of every stone. No machines are used in stringing or finishing.

We recommend:

Avoid long exposure to water or chemicals.

Store in a dry, safe place when not worn.

You may cleanse your crystals with moonlight, incense, or intention to refresh their energy.

Every Thangka is fully hand-painted by Tibetan artisans following traditional Buddhist iconography. We never sell prints or reproductions — each is an original artwork infused with devotion and symbolism.

Please note that our Thangka pendants are handcrafted by artisans in Tibet, and our crystal bracelets are also individually handmade from natural gemstones. Each piece requires careful time and attention before it is sent out. All orders are shipped from China, and depending on the destination, delivery usually takes 9-13 Business Days.

We offer a 30-day return policy (14 days for EU customers under the cooling-off period). To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at contact@zenithmana.com before sending anything back — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Please note we cannot accept returns due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or errors in address information. Exchanges are not offered directly; the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order. Refunds, once approved, are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

Each Thangka is hand-painted to order by Tibetan artisans, making every piece a one-of-a-kind work of sacred art. For this reason, Thangkas are final sale and cannot be returned.
